I had so much fun photographing Jacki & Calvin’s engagement session in downtown Fargo!  They are an adorable couple and I just loved the outfits and props that they brought.  We had to reschedule a couple times, but eventually got a perfect Spring day for the shoot.  So glad we waited!

I love photographing this family.  They are just completely adorable. And I got to capture two milestones in this session:  Blaise turned one, and baby #2 is on the way!  It’s so fun to watch them grow as a family.

I had my work cut out for me chasing and trying to keep up with a one year old spitfire!  But what a cutie… just look at those dimples!

Little Blake just turned one year old!  On his birthday I got to come over and take some photos of him at his home.  What a cutie!  Love his wispy curls and big blue eyes!  Here are just a few of my favorites from Blake’s session.  Happy birthday Blake!

Ashley and Erik are getting married!  I got to spend some time with them downtown Fargo this spring for their engagement session.  What a cute and fun couple!  They love to spend time playing games together, so I had to get a shot of them with some Apples to Apples cards.  I asked them to pick a card that best described each other and this is what they came up with!  Adorable!

Mmm… looking at these photos makes me want some frozen yogurt!

I got to hang out with Avery just after she turned 3 years old!  She showed me her new bedroom, and all of her favorite Ernie toys before we got to go for a fun trip to Tutti Frutti in Fargo.  Avery picked out a combination of chocolate and pretty purple (grape) frozen yogurt with lots of fun toppings like sprinkles and M&M’s.  What a fun birthday session!  Can’t believe how fast this little one is growing!

A few weeks ago I got to hang out with my friend Rachel while she was in town.  Rachel is not only a fabulous woman, she is a talented photographer as well!  We could spend literally hours chatting about all things related to photography, and when we get together we usually do!  This time, we took some time to take some headshot photos for each other.  Rachel is so easy to photograph, and I especially loved getting photos of her with her camera.  She just looks so natural with it, like it’s an extension of her.  Can’t wait to hang out next time she’s in Minnesota.  (Rachel, don’t you think it’s about time to move back home???)
